Amazing stay at an amazing place. We truly enjoyed the Indigo Jabal Akhdar. The views are stunning, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. The pool and the kids playground are very nice. The food and service are outstanding, Reamae, Denver, Bipin and Ishan took amazing care of us at the Vue and in the morning Ibrahim made sure we had a great start into the day. Best Almond croissants I have ever tasted! Thank you very much Indigo Jabal Akhdar team! We had a truly fantastic time and we surely will be back!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — large, modern rooms with every comfort you could want, breathtaking views from every angle, and one of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen. The gym deserves a special mention — it’s easily the best hotel gym I’ve ever come across, with every bit of equipment you could need for a great workout (even Pilates rings!). The restaurant and rooftop bar were both fantastic, with delicious food, great atmosphere, and unbeatable views — but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make our stay special. A few people who truly made an impression: • Rangeet (Reception): gave us such a warm welcome and farewell, and was incredibly helpful throughout. • Ibrahim (Breakfast): made every morning a joy — so helpful, cheerful, and made sure we had the best start to the day. • Reamae (Dinner): excellent service, so warm and friendly — she really made our evenings memorable. • Arora (Wellness): her yoga and self-love meditation classes were wonderful — she personalised them for my mum and me and helped us feel completely relaxed. • PT (Fitness): we didn’t catch his name, but he gave us a very thorough and positive body composition session, then personalised a FitBench workout for us. He was so encouraging and friendly whenever we saw him around. • Denver & Vinayak (Rooftop Bar): both were so hospitable, remembered our drinks, and made every visit feel special. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable — we can’t wait to return!

Amazing experience at this hotel. I stayed with my friend and we loved every minute of it. The staff are all super friendly from reception staff to the waiters in the restaurant and the staff in the spa. I love how they remembered our coffee and tea order everytime we came down for breakfast even though we only stayed for 3 days! The views of the canyon are breathtaking and truly beautiful. A big thank you to the whole team for making our first time in Oman true exceptional.

Wow wow wow! Stunning on absolutely every level. We had come from Muscat, so the drop in temperature and humidity was welcome. Stunning canyon view suite with everything you could ever need. It felt luxurious without being over the top. The staff are personable, polite and friendly. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, attention to detail from the bread at the beginning of our meal and throughout, was excellent. We look forward to returning after our marriage. This hotel is a pure gem amongst the stunning mountains.

An unforgettable rooftop dining experience at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar. The view is absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the deep valleys and rugged cliffs of Jabal Akhdar, especially beautiful at sunset. The food was outstanding: I had the New Zealand thyme-garlic lamb chops, perfectly cooked and full of flavor, followed by the ice-cream baklava sandwich, which was pure heaven. The service was exceptional — Bipin made the evening smooth and enjoyable with his professionalism and warmth. He knew the menu well and made sure everything arrived just right. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Green Mountain — peaceful atmosphere, great food, and views that make you forget the world below.
