Big problems with the food and not really for kids....... the food is like what your school meals were ... the hotel is beautiful looking but the rooms are set in the 80s... the 3 pools are lovely but kids are not allowed to play with balls or floats ... a guy even got told not to chuck a ping pong ball in the pool with his son.... irs not a 4 star hotel... i am still here and the food is terrible to be honest...the indoor pool is still under construction ... the gym is very basic and theres only 1 place to eat in the whole hotel. Reception staff very nice but restraunt staff seem moody... so many plates of food left on the tables as its not good ... the pool doesnt open till 930am so if you have breakfast at 8am till 830am you are waiting around for 1 hour doing nothing.. the pool and stairs leeding to the pool are roped off till then and theres a mad rush to the sun beds... the beach is a 15 min walk and is very nice. Overall the Hotel looks great.. the rooms are dated....its clean .. the pools are stunning but its not really for kids . You can not play in the pools with balls or floats . 2.5 to 3 Star at best..

This is an honest review. Have just spent a week at this hotel which when driving up is spectacular looking, the pools are also spectacular looking and the atrium in the reception is spectacular looking! But looks can be deceiving! On closer inspection this is a very very tired looking hotel. The bedrooms are huge with a decent balcony all facing the pool or the sea, but they are very dated and well worn the wardrobe doors broken as well as the chair and curtains, stains on the ceiling and the carpet! On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. The food well you can't go wrong with breakfast which to be fair was good but the evening meal was awful! Let's just leave it there! The bar area and the entertainment area again so tired looking the gym was closed and the spa only half of the things in there was working so not good. No quiet place or lounge to read a book or to play cards this is desperately needed! The staff were lovely and always happy. I had heard that the hotel has new owners so this hotel now needs to close down, it badly needs a re haul and needs re decorating from the bottom up because it could be a fantastic 5 star ⭐ hotel, and just my opinion but an adult only hotel. Overall despite my negative comments I really hope this happens sooner rather than later as I would come back but only when everything has been done.

I visited here for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday and it was my first time exploring Lanzarote. I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, offering a wonderful variety of choices. I appreciated the free daily coaches that conveniently took us to the nearby beach, making outing easy and enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Be aware that while the rooms were quite spacious, they did feel a bit outdated. The nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Sometimes, there were long queues at the bar, but that didn’t take away from the good times. Also, in the outdoor swimming area, glass isn't allowed, so the outdoor bar provides plastic glasses for a €1 deposit, which keeps everything safe and enjoyable.

We booked a 5 day stay here for the three of us, 2 adults and 1 baby, all inclusive. Overall we had a pretty terrible time. Firstly, the food is dreadful. For such a big hotel, the options are very small and all very bad. Most of it is stale and has been sitting out for a while. All pretty tasteless. Can't say there was any day we enjoyed the food, we ended up eating out for the majority of meals. They also charge you for "extras" that are pretty standard most places. If you want the safe in the room you have to pay 4 euros a day. You get given pool towels on your arrival but if you want to exchange them for fresh towels, you have to pay. You don't get a kettle with your room and have to pay for that. Even with all inclusive you have to pay extra if you want certain drinks like bottled beer or soft drinks, they have a standard beer on tap. The room itself is very dated, lots of the paintwork is coming off and clearly hasn't been updated in years. We had a nail sticking out of the floor in the bathroom to stop the door from hitting the shower. Pretty dangerous if you don't see it. The Aircon is pretty terrible, you can't really control the temperature and it doesn't feel cool in the day. We had a mini fridge in the room and this wasn't working properly, would take 24 hours to get a drink cold. Reported this to the reception three times but they said mini bars arent meant to keep things cold. No idea what they are meant to do then. They didn't seem to care. The main areas in the hotel don't have Aircon at all. The pool is a good size but lots of tiles are broken and exposed. There is also zero shade around the pool. They have these tiny umbrellas that you can't move and provide shade enough for one person at random positions throughout the day, which made it impossible for us to sit there with our baby. Staff were fine on the whole. Location is okay, short walk from the beach and the little town area. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all and definitely don't go all inclusive if you do as you'll end up eating out anyway.

Overall I'd rate the hotel as good. It's not going to be the most spectacular place you've stayed, but then you probably won't have spent a spectacular amount on staying here either. The overall design of the hotel is good. What I would say is anywhere where there's carpet or fabric, it looks worn. It's probably due for a repaint at some point soon. But the layout is good, lots of natural light and the beds are comfy enough. Bathrooms are well laid out and smart. Balcony's are lovely and all get plenty of sun. The pool area is good, plenty of space and well laid out. There was enough sun loungers for everyone, and the overall facilities are good. Food was hit and miss. Its not bad food, it's just standard hotel buffet food. Again, won't be the best you've ever tasted, but then the cost will be less than you'd pay elsewhere. There were always plenty of options - 50 plus at each meal I'd guess, so the likelihood is you'll find something you like. The themed evening buffets were hilarious though, and didn't match up to the theme at all - there's no way you can have an Indian themed buffet without any kind of curry, samosa or bajis! Maybe it was being towards the end of the season? So overall, it's a reasonably good place to stay. The waterfall near the bar/restaurant wasn't working which was very disappointing, and the spa was closed for maintenance when we went. But if those things were working id say it's a perfectly fine place to stay. You won't find anything terrible, but you probably won't have a stand out memory of anything either. It's just a good hotel.
