This is our first visit to Dubai staying at this wonderful hotel. We have a King guest room and it’s immaculate. Towels changed everyday without fail and spotless. Anju was brilliant in setting up our room on our first day with a lovely flower display welcoming us to the hotel. The pool bar staff are incredible. Anthony, Brian and Deni are absolutely phenomenal and nothing is too much and they go the extra mile for you. Aung who served us our lunch by the pool was incredibly polite and friendly with us and treated us like royalty, thank you so much. Breakfast has a good variety of food. McGettigans is the Irish bar inside the hotel and has a great atmosphere, especially when they have live sports like the football on. Claw BBQ is great vibes too. Cocktails all around the hotel are amazing. Dress up nice and get yourself up to the 13th floor for a truly premium experience. It’s easy to call an Uber or taxi right outside the hotel and it’s not far from a lot of great places to visit such as the waterpark, Burj Khalifa, Top Golf, the sky pool etc. Highly recommended place to stay in Dubai. Thank you for being so welcoming to my wife, dad, mum, brother, brother’s fiancée and I.

The hotel was great across all areas. The food, bars, beach area are all excellent and the team that work here are all very good at looking out for hotel guests. In particular Zin, in housekeeping was delightful and kept our room pristine. Vardaan in the Executive lounge was exceptional. He is always looking to help and always has a smile and a warm welcome. He is an asset to Hilton and should be appreciated. Throughout our stay we were also helped and welcomed by Princess and Rachel in the Executive lounge, they are both great. We will definitely return for the sun, food, drinks and most importantly the fantastic service.

The services were amazing. I loved every moment I spent at the hotel. I loved the food as well. And the staff were great too. They were friendly, polite and always eager to help. During my stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nanda in the Executive Lounge during breakfast. From the very first morning, he made every day start in the best possible way. His warm smile, polite manner, and genuine hospitality created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the day. Nanda is incredibly attentive and always notices even the smallest details whether it’s remembering your coffee preference, making sure everything on the table is perfect, or simply checking in to see if you need anything else. He works with great passion and professionalism, and it truly shows in everything he does. Thanks to his excellent service, every breakfast felt personal, comfortable, and full of positive energy. Nanda is a wonderful example of what Hilton hospitality stands for kindness, care, and a sincere desire to make guests feel special. A heartfelt thank-you to Nanda for making my mornings at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah so memorable and enjoyable!

We had a very great time at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. We went to the executive lounge and had a sensational experience as the whole team upstairs work very hard to provide the best guest experience. And we are more than happy and satisfied with the services and surely next time we’ll be booking the hotel for the whole stay as the Executive Lounge has a different experience than any other in the whole the Dubai. Also i want to signify the names of the team namely - Vardaan, Hashani,Jane,Nanda,Racheal , princess,yashmina and their top top quality manager Mrs.Gabriela, Enoc and Rubel. Also jeewa from the reception deserves an appreciation and recognition. We’ll be back soon .
