Hi there, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The room and service were excellent, everything felt well, maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I’d also like to highlight the accessibility. There are plenty of taxis available around the resort, so transportation is never a problem. If you prefer using a motorcycle service, you can simply take a short walk to the main entrance and easily get a Grab or Gojek from there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly appreciate the comfort and warmth from all the staff. I would definitely love to come back!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully designed, taking full advantage of its unique cliffside location overlooking the ocean. It’s quite impressive — in some parts of the complex you might find yourself on the second floor, while in others you’ll need to go up to the sixth floor to reach the reception, and then take an elevator about fifteen floors down to reach the beach and pool area. The view during this journey alone is breathtaking. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. There was an incredible variety of dishes from all around the world — Asian, Western, Middle Eastern, and European options — and every day featured delicious local Balinese cuisine as well. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. The resort has multiple pools, plenty of amenities, and an overall luxurious atmosphere without feeling pretentious. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything. In the evenings, the resort comes alive with events, parties, and live entertainment, so you’ll never get bored. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Bali Resort to anyone visiting the island — it’s a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great service.

We’ve just arrived at Hilton Bali Resort and have been warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The service so far has been excellent special thanks to Karisma, Agnes and Shintya for their kindness and professionalism. Looking forward to the rest of our stay! Edit: It is unfortunate that I have to edit this review. On first impression, the resort is truly beautiful, and I was looking forward to enjoying my one week stay. Sadly, my stay was unexpectedly cut short due to the passing of my mother. I understand that the resort has a strict cancellation policy, and I respect that policies exist for a reason. However, life can take unexpected turns that none of us can plan for, and in such moments, compassion and understanding go a long way. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no flexibility or consideration for my circumstances, which was deeply disappointing. I hold travel insurance and will manage through that route, but I had genuinely hoped the resort might offer some goodwill gesture, perhaps a credit for the unused nights, as a reflection of empathy rather than policy. It feels, at the end of the day, like the situation was reduced to a matter of money rather than humanity. Hilton Bali is a place I would have loved to return to perhaps even to continue celebrating our honeymoon. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is written, with sincerity and a wish that future guests facing unforeseen circumstances are met with a little more understanding.

We recently returned from the Hilton Bali Resort last week after staying there for 10 days. It was a fantastic place to stay and we were so happy we chose this hotel to stay in. We arrived early evening and we were greeted by a lovely porter called Pinarta. He escorted us to check in where the process was nice and easy and he then escorted us to our room. He came in and gave us a run down of the room and explained about the monkeys and told us where sunrise would be etc. Through out our stay Pinarta was a welcome sight and always happy to see us. It wasn't just a case of a friendly smile it was more than that. He was genuinely asking about our stay and about what we had been up to. The room itself was fantastic, we were given room 2617 and it was such a lovely room, looking right out to sea and also towards the external lobby area, definitely a room I'd stay in again. The room was clean and tidy on arrival. We were lucky enough to have Defiana as our room service/cleaner. He was fantastic and so friendly, it was really nice to bump into him after breakfast and chat to him. Again it wasn't a case of a friendly smile on passing, it was a genuine chat about our stay and what we'd been up to. As far as the service in the restaurants it was fantastic again. We were always sat nice and quickly and the service was always great. All the staff members there were lovely and efficient but Agnes was amazing. Again she was always happy to see us and always gave us great service. In terms of the hotel in general - the breakfast was lovely and so much choice, we were always seen to quickly and then helped ourselves to the buffet which was crazy. There was soooo much to choose from. The cinema nights were really good as well. Everyone at the Hilton Bali Resort made our stay really special and it was just exactly what we needed. If we return to Bali it's definitely somewhere I'd want to stay again. On a side note we used a fantastic local tour guide called Candra who was recommended to us from friends. Just got back from an amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort, and I can’t stop thinking about how incredible the experience was! 💙 The Guest Relations team truly made our trip unforgettable. Huge shoutout to Agnes, Shintya, Nixie, Nanda, Junaidi, Ratna, and Rita you guys are absolutely the best! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy, and throughout our stay, the team always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They gave us great local tips, helped with dinner reservations, and were always there with a friendly smile. It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine and personalized, they really made us feel at home. 🌺 If you’re planning a trip to Bali, I 100% recommend staying here. The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who make it truly special. Can’t wait to come back someday! ✨🌴
