Spent 10 fantastic days here. We came with a very large group (6 families which include 14 kids). The staff were all lovely. I had a lovely conversation with Jody, who cleaned our room. He was kind and friendly. The resort had great facilities. The rooms are a little worn and could do with a little refresh but overall it was lovely. We did the f&b all inclusive which was worth it, just you cant get everything but we had plenty of food and drinks for everyone. The only things I was disappointed with is the atmosphere at night, it could do with maybe music on the beach and near the pool. Also a few days notice if restaurants are going to be closed for conferences especially for breakfast. One more thing the resort buggy to be more available, walking around in a big resort on hot, humid days is a lot.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would never choose this hotel again. For the same amount of money, we got much more everywhere else. The rooms are really old and in urgent need of renovation. The bed is noisy (you just turn around and wake up the whole family), the furniture is very worn out, and the upholstered parts are dirty and smell bad. In the dining room, the upholstered chairs are full of stains, but the worst part is outside — around the pools and on the beach. The sunbeds and cushions are very dirty, and even the small tables next to the loungers are sticky with food and drink stains. No one cleans anything. When we asked a staff member on the beach to at least wipe the table with a cloth, he didn’t understand. He didn’t do any work, just wandered around. The hotel management seems to have no control over the staff. Drinks in the hotel bars were extremely expensive.

My husband and I had our honeymoon at Bali the Grand Hyatt 25 years ago and came back to the same hotel to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Many things have changed in Bali but not the kindness and friendliness of its people, and the amazing staff at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Sutrisna and the staff at the Lounge welcomed us every day with the best smiles and customer service in the world. Everyone at the hotel made us feel special and went above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary with us starting with the manager who arranged for a lovely welcome to our room. The food, restaurants, and entertainment were amazing but above all its staff makes this hotel worth the long trip to Bali from the US - looking forward to seeing you again and thank you for your kindness.

One of the greatest hotel experiences I’ve had. Having the all inclusive package is a game changer and allows you to eat at the fantastic and high quality restaurants. Rooms are really well appointed, the grounds exquisite and the gym/ wellness centre is top notch. Such a welcome relief from the madness and noise that is overrunning Bali, this really is an oasis. My only criticism is that the drinks included only have Bintang beer (#overrated and full of chemicals), and the wine is pretty average. To cap it off the staff are fantastic!

Amazing Service from Ari at the Grand Hyatt Bali I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and a big part of that was thanks to Ari from the pool team. He went above and beyond every single day - always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was setting up towels, offering drinks, or just checking in with a big smile, Ari made our time by the pool truly relaxing and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel so welcome. Ari’s genuine care and positive attitude really stood out. The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s the people like Ari who make it unforgettable. Grand Hyatt Bali - please make sure Ari never leaves! He’s an absolute legend and a huge credit to your team
