Absolutely amazing holiday. Was upgraded on arrival, to a beautiful Sea view/pool view suite which was a lovely surprise. Our stay was made extra special by the warm, friendly staff. They were all so kind. I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying. Thank you everyone for a perfect holiday..we will return !

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all. I'll love to write on behalf of my family and I that went for the party holiday (over 35 people), we had the best holiday this year at the hotel. The food was fabulous 👌, the staff were very helpful,friendly and nice. They were eager to help 👏. Mia at the karaoke stand ,you are a very good person, let no one tell you otherwise 😘. The only thing i can complain about is the Internet service, please do something about it, your hotel is 5stars so having free Internet only at the lobby is a no no. But above all thank you for a very beautiful holiday. NB: For people complaining about the food being cold, if you want a scalding hot food, their microwave is available in the dining area,please use it.

Unfortunately, the holiday was a huge disappointment, even though we were so excited! Unfortunately, the photos on vakantiediscounter (photo included) don't do the hotel justice. The pier is completely ruined. And besides, there are no houses or huts on the hotel, which we always liked. Upon arrival early in the morning around 7:30 am (night flight), we had to wait a long time for a room and couldn't get in until around noon. By reception, no floorplan, very small information. Besides the fact that the minibar should be stocked daily, it wasn't, and you'll be without it for a few days. The evening program is very limited and poorly executed; there's no show or entertainment in the outdoor amphitheater. The furniture is very old and hard! And actually, by Turkish standards, it's bad that you have to pay for Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (as an EU citizen), and that there's only free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. It's nice that you get a surprise package for your birthday!

Had another lovely time at this hotel! Staff very friendly. Food is good. Loads of sun loungers. Pools lovely. Only downside is nothing really around hotel, kusadasi town is about a 10min taxi ride. Prices of taxis can vary depending on the driver. Overall a really nice hotel for a relaxing holiday.

I would not go back! The beds are like sleeping on ironing boards, I specifically asked for a double and got 2 singles. The all inclusive was limited to cheap vodka, gin and 1 beer type. All the upselling was mental expensive, just no need to be so expensive. If it was cheaper more people would participate. The spa, and water activities were quite due to this. The pool areas were good and clean. Gardens well kept too. My wife’s Ray Bans were stolen and the staff were more interested in arguing about not helping then looking at cameras. Money taken from my room too. The lunch was not good, breakfast is ok if you like the same thing every day. I will say the fruit was top quality. Supper, no! I would have preferred traditional Turkish food. They kept pastries in a Bain-marie resulting in sogginess. With the exception of 2 staff members they all miserable and can be quite rude.
