From breakfast beside the ocean to a sail along the bay on the hotel’s Hobie Cat, and evenings watching the sun set with a cocktail in hand, every part of our stay felt truly special. Hotels are nothing without great service, and the team at the Fairmont made our experience unforgettable. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. We especially appreciated their thoughtful recommendations for discovering the island’s best sights and hidden gems. The location is simply unbeatable — we spent hours relaxing on the pristine beach and swimming in the turquoise ocean. We’ve stayed at properties across the world and this is the perfect Caribbean getaway — and one we’d highly recommend to anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and genuine Barbadian warmth.

This was our third visit and it never disappoints. Our luxurious and comfortable room was oceanfront with chaises both on our patio and on the stunning beach. Great food and friendly service made for a wonderful stay. A shout out to Aleesha whose big friendly smile welcomed us for breakfast, to Shane who made up our chaises and ensured we were never short of towels and Mary Ann our hard working and efficient server in the restaurant. We look forward to the re-opening of Palm Court on our next visit.

My fiancé and I visited Fairmont for their Bubbles brunch on 28 Sept, 2025 after calling to make a 12Pm reservation earlier in the week. The occasion was my birthday. We arrived exactly at 12 and stood at the hostess booth..after recognizing no one was coming to us though several wait staff were walking back and forth in front of us, we went to the bartender and asked to be seated. He told us the hostess was at break and that we could take a seat in the lobby. 12:30 came, the hostess had still not come back and no one updated us on what was going on. At 12:40 my fiancé asked an employee when would we be seated, he then pointed to the hostess who had just come back said she will come to us, she never came. We went to her and expressed our discontent and asked for a manager. When the hostess returned she stated they did not have a reservation for us and proceeded to make several excuses to the manager. After about 5 mins we were seated. Fortunately, we had a great waiter, Renee, her service was 12/10, if she wasn’t the waiter I would have rated this hotel 0 out of 10. The food was okay, nothing was particularly good.

Our trip was delightful. The service, restaurant staff & food was great! Beach is beautiful! Floor tile grout in room & bathroom was dirty. However management sent housekeeping to clean. Ocean view from room was amazing. Wish the resort had a prettier pool.

My stay at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The beachfront location is simply breathtaking. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with luxurious touches and all the comforts one could ask for. I especially appreciated the private balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay, always attentive and eager to help with a smile. I highly recommend the Fairmont Royal Pavilion to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing escape in Barbados. I’ll definitely be back!
