I just wanted to share how amazing our stay at Fairmont Doha was! From the moment we arrived walked in, the hotel had the most beautiful scent — fresh, elegant, and so calming. I wish I knew exactly what fragrance it was because it made the whole place feel so luxurious and relaxing , every single person we met was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Hussain in reception , who was honestly one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve met. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged an extra bed in our room so quickly and effortlessly. His warmth and kindness truly made our stay feel special. To all the staff, thank you so much — every single one of you were wonderful. The service was so quick, attentive, and thoughtful, and everyone who cleaned our rooms did an amazing job. Everything was always spotless and beautifully done.We really appreciated it everyday. The only names we knew of the room service people were Yaqoob and Daffa but everyone who did it was amazing Fairmont Doha, you have such an incredible team — thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Wishing everyone there all the best, and I can’t wait to come back! ✨

Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was once again absolutely fantastic! This was our second time here, and the experience was once again first-class. We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Special praise goes to Imran, who took excellent care of us at breakfast. He was always attentive, friendly, and made our mornings special. Mohammed also deserves a big thank you for ensuring our well-being at the gold pool during our stay. It is these special details and the excellent service culture that make the Fairmont such an outstanding place. We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay at the Fairmont.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with incredible architecture right in the center of everywhere you want to be when staying in Doha Qatar. What’s great about this hotel as you actually get two hotels and one as it shares the other tower with Raffles. So that’s twice the number of restaurants and activities to enjoy. This is located right on the point of the center of what is now considered the center of Doha. It is within walking distance of a night, market, entertainment, island, golf course, business center, residential area, and right on the best waterfront section of Doha for Water sports. The staff is incredible and you will be met with an overwhelming amount of dedication to an incredible customer experience. Don’t overlook the concierge who went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you, Marco for all of your hard work to ensure we had the very best stay. What originally started as a simple few overnights for time zone adjustment before we continued on, turned into one of the highlights of our trip. The morning brunch is not to be skipped. Both the Asian and Indian restaurants in the hotel are exquisite. The gym is something that would rival some of the top-tier gyms anywhere in the world. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, full of technology that will make your stay easy to enjoy. The only downturn is we only had three nights to stay here. Tip: have the concierge schedule your pick up and drop off from the airport.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view. We booked the Fairmont King See view with balcony room. The room was very clean the view from the room was breathtaking and the decoration is priceless. The outdoor pool is also beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options. There are a couple of things which were not up to the expected standards form a hotel like this one. We have arrived to the hotel after a long flight from Vietnam where we spent 3 weeks, so we were really exhausted. We checked in sharply at 15:00 and we were informed that the room is not yet ready. When I asked the receptionist how soon will the room be ready, I was told "as soon as possible". We sat in the lobby and due to the long journey I had a massive headache. I went to the reception a few times and our room was only ready one hour later, at 16:00 sharply. In the meantime we saw some guests (I assume VIP guests) leaving the hotel at around 15:20 and the porters moved a lot of luggage through the lobby. I assume the hotel must have allowed a very late check out for the VIPs, hence our room was ready at 16:00. I was not really happy with this fact and I don't think the hotel should allow this. If the check in time is at 15:00 I would expect the room to be ready by that time or at least by 15:30. While I understand that late checkouts may be offered upon request, they should not come at the expense of other guests’ comfort or check-in experience. At that time I was really frustrated. A brief apology received. Beside that upon entering to room the room temperature was set to 18.5 Celsius degrees, which is extremely cold. The next day when our room was cleaned and the temperature was also set for 18.5 so it seems like this is the standard. If the guest turns the A/C off, or sets it to a certain temperature, there must be a reason for it and the housekeeping should not change that. We also noticed that other areas of the hotel, eg. the public restrooms, corridors were also super cold, with excessive air conditioning usage on a very low temperature. Apart from these it is a great experience to stay at this beautiful hotel and we would definitely return, however the hotel should focus on the above mentioned details.

We stayed at The Fairmont Doha in mid-Oct 25. Had a fabulous time here at this Top 5 star facility. Staff at all touch points were brilliant and never hesitate to go that extra mile and extremely helpful. There were so many interactions and would like to mention few and pass on our sincere thanks…..Haroon and Personal Trainer Asha in the gym, Ahmed, Nadia and Team on the First Floor Restaurant and Abu Bakar at the front. Breakfast choice and amazing service was something very unique! All in all a memorable experience and would love to go back 😆
