Food is ok, staff are helpful, and a short walk to the village & beach. Glass partitions between bed and toilet should never exist. There were issues with no hot water and at times a sulphur smell from the shower.

Just back from 6 days stay, Dano the receptionist was very helpful & polite, all staff were good & helpful & spoke good English. Unfortunately as it was late October the pool was freezing cold & not heated, no one stayed in more than 10 mins which was a shame, the rooms were fine but need attention, toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, soap dispenser wall mounts all broken so just sat on floor, towel hooks all broken under sinks and in shower so nowhere to hang a towel. The hotel was once great when new you can see that but its now tired and needs some reinvestment, the sofas in reception are worn through etc, grouting and repairs need doing. Food was always on time and hot, good selection although as always struggled to find much for the kids other than chips. Loads of ferrel cats roaming the hotel and the restaurants each meal time and seem encouraged by the hotel who feed them, personally I don't like cats around food and whilst eating. Local shop immediately outside the hotel so that's useful, 600m from the beach. In general a decent place and set up just needs basic maintaining to bring back to former glory, do not think it would hit 4 star currently.

My family and myself stayed at the exotica for a week from 01/09/20205, we loved it from start to finish. Our welcome was warm and well informed, all the staff we interacted with was warm and friendly even getting to know you by name. Elsa by the pool bar and restaurant pours lovely cocktails and such a nice girl. Bruna in the restaurant was so nice with my daughter and us of course. The guys also, everyone we met. Sorry I can't name them all. The food was amazing, the choices was plenty. Trust me I tried alot of it.

We have just got back from a 7 night stay with this hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, food was on the whole very good, with different food each day. The beach was in walking distance, and kalamaki strip was a short distance with lots of shops, although, they all pretty much sold the same things. I felt we were stung a little with the room as we'd paid for a superior double, which we later found the reason it makes it superior is the extra single bed. For the price we paid, I did expect a little better standard, just little things like chipped corners on furniture, and I didn't like the fact the shower/toilet wasn't really separate to the room, was just separated by a glass screen. The toilet door was do glass doors, when closed, there was a gap, the sink was in the actual room which I didn't really like for brushing teeth etc. Didn't really make much sense having the hairdryer on the opposite side of the room with no mirror. However, the room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and worked hard. There was also a little fridge and kettle. We had a view of the pool and the hills behind which was better than what was on the otherside when stepping out our door which was a derelict building and rubble, but appreciate, the hotel doesn't have control on their surroundings. There was only a couple of nights where was entertainment on, the greek night was great. Not sure why there wasn't stuff on every night, whether its to do with the season? The music around the pool was a little repetitive. On the whole, this is a nice hotel, lovely staff, but the place could do with a bit of a make over. I won't be returning, but this is because the actual area wasn't for me and wasn't what I'd hoped for, but you only find these things out by going.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful – truly some of the most attentive and friendly service we've ever experienced. A special mention goes to a staff member named Rafał (I believe that was his name), who showed exceptional kindness. On Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, I injured my knee on the beach, and Rafał went out of his way to come pick me up and drive me back to the hotel. His help and compassion meant a lot to me during that difficult moment. The care and attention given to guests here is truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!
