The views are amazing just like on the website. The resort amenities are great. The main pool area is spacious and next to the restaurant so you can eat and swim. The resort had a separate beach which is a 10 min ride. The resort has transfer service all day to its beach. The staff at the beach is great and always responsive. A thank you to the front desk staff who made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Elounda Gulf Villas. The service was excellent – especially at the reception (thank you, Despina!), in the restaurant, and by George at the beach, who made our experience extra special. The breakfast was very good, and I especially loved the idea of making fresh orange juice myself – such a refreshing touch! Cleanliness and attention to detail were also outstanding. The grounds thoughtfully arranged and well taken care of. Everything about the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended! And hope to be back for a longer stay!

Our stay at this villa was magnificent. The property is breathtaking, every detail reflects luxury and comfort, from the elegant design to the amazing view. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding personal service. The staff were attentive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Beautiful location, beautiful views, the room was large and nice. False advertising on the beach, which was 15 minutes drive from the hotel! On the email we received, we were told that check in was at 2pm, but getting there we were told it was not until 3pm. Service was not the best either, we were never asked if we wanted drinks or snacks at the pool, any time we needed a drink we had to walk to the bar (the beach service was nice). There is no fitness center (as advertised), they have a small hot room with 3 machines, few weights and old yoga mats. Shower was very uncomfortable, there is no place to put a shower head on, so you have to hold it all the time. There were also electrical wires sticking out of the wall in the bathroom. Espresso machine did not work, had to ask for a cup of coffee 3 times. A 3 star hotel trying to pretend they are 5.

The hotel rooms and pool are pretty nice(although the tub takes almost an hour to fill), mixed with some extremely bad service. We are actually currently staying here, and have been in Greece traveling the past month staying at other 5 star hotels along our journey. Before I speak of why I wouldn't stay here again due to service , let me do say that there are three amazing stand out employees, Our server (at dinner last night and in the day during pool bar service (both males)). George our driver was by far the best most attentive employee and any property would be lucky to have him. Thank you George! However, the worst service is the lady at the pool service is very off-putting and comes across as rude for the simplest requests like politely asking for towels or a food menu. Service is very slow and unprofessional for a five star hotel for the majority of the workers minus the ones mentioned that we've been in contact with. Front desk attendant told us at checkin one of the members of our party couldn't take her champagne to her room and to use the bathroom in the lobby. The next day, another front desk receptionist told some ladies of the party there is no bathroom. Consistency here is not close to other 5 star hotels stay elsewhere until customer service has been addressed. NOT IMPRESSED - Very overpriced for what you don't receiveat this property.
