I had a lovely stay there. The room size was not very large, but I think it a standard room size in Hong Kong. The breakfast was delicious and so many options. The room was clean. The children absolutely loved the bunk beds. The location is quite good, just a short walk from the Jordan MTR station. The reception was very helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel is on a corner street, and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the road. The hotel also has a food hall on the lower floor that opens at 11 AM. The food is delicious and very convenient. It's great to be able to go straight down to grab a meal after a tiring day of sightseeing without having to walk far. The hotel also features a bar, a gym, and a small swimming pool on the rooftop. If it rains or there is a thunderstorm, the hotel staff will close the pool to prevent lightning strikes. Thank you for a delicious birthday cake.

I very much liked the location, deco, breakfast and all staff, everyone whom was friendly and helpfull. I found hard to get some fresh air into the room and they were a little bit worn, specially aircon vent. Cups in roooms are handwashed, so if you are germophobe like me, maybe rinse them with some hot water first.

Stayed at the Eaton twice within the space of two weeks. Great Hotel in HK. Good location on Nathan Road with access to transport and good places to eat nearby. Hotel rooms are great with good air con, clean, comfy beds and facilities. Booked a cabin room which is really modern. For the second leg of the trip, we arrived really early at the hotel to drop of luggage, and the staff allocated a room right away which was brilliant. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again when next in HK.

I am very glad to have choosen this hotel for our trip to HK. The room seems quite new and everything is in good condition. The toilet was sparkling clean without any mold. Location was good and convenient. The place is managed by a group of young people with community service in mind.

What a treat of a hotel! I recently had a pleasant 3-day stay at Eaton HK and couldn't recommend it more. From the check-in to the actual stay and breakfast, everything surprised me positively. Not only we were offered to take a shower at the gym before our room was ready, as we got there earlier, but the actual room was very comfortable. The food options during breakfast were varied and I loved the Asian options. Special mention to the architecture of the building and the charming bar and terrace.
