Well where do I start !!! Just landed back from this hotel, NEVER AGAIN, AVOID POSITIVES !! Entertainment crew very good fun NEGATIVES Well where do I start Room very basic, has a kettle but no tea/coffee, milk, so what’s point !!! Arrived late evening Sunday 12th, reception staff very rude when checking in, gave us keys, and said find own way to the room, no porter service !! Found eventually, went back to reception asked for extra pillow, said not tonight you won’t, was still waiting a week later Food not great, very much same everyday, if like eggs, spaghetti Bol then fine, food only warm not hot !! Suppose be 10 min walk to beach, more like 20 mins, and charge for loungers !!! Staff members don’t say morning or anything when walk past them Took a week to empty a bin at end of block, gross Pool was freezing cold, so avoided Snack bar, was about best food being served

Let's start with, there is no way this place should have 4 stars, more like 3. From day one there has been a smell or raw sewage in the room and around the pool bar. Around the sun beds is soggy mud. The tiles in the bath room aren't finished, there are chunks of mortar out of the wall. Gaping big holes around the air-conditioning vents. Door handles falling off. Food have the most basic of lables like "chicken" or "pork" but no description of what it is. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The hot food choice is roughly 5 items. Non of the juice drinks are nice. Steps are everywhere so if you have a baby buggy your stuffed. No plugs in the bath or sink. Every dining table wobbles. Nowhere near enough seating at the bars or entertainment. And the hotel is in the middle of a wasteland Incredibly disappointing 😞

I like this place and would go back It's a good location Lovely views from the restaurant. Food is generally good and something for everyone. The 3 pool are good. The quiet one is actually quiet. The slides are very good. My usual annoyance is people putting their towels on sun beds. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Totally worth it and so close to Faliraki. The rooms need a little updating on my opinion. There were 2 power sockets in the entire room. Luckily I had 2 extension cables.

A bit of a late review after our visit in August but have to say how great this place is for families. Matilda and Greta from the entertainment team were amazing! Thanks for a great stay.

Cyprotel was our first family holiday abroad. We were greeted by a very friendly and funny lady on reception, and headed for our room, 4113. The room was spacious with a large double bed plus bunk beds. The air con worked really well, and we had a great view of the slide pool. We loved all of the 3 swimming pools, but stayed mostly at the slide pool. Our boys had so much fun playing in the smaller pool and of course, on the slides! The slides were a huge hit! Always managed to get sunbeds at all pools, at any time. Food was absolutely fine, we always found something to eat and never went hungry. My kids loved the selection of puddings 🤣 ice cream and donut balls were available in the day and both were lovely, the ice cream was perfect to cool us down, but the donut balls with white chocolate sauce were my personal favourite 😍 the ladies in the hotel shop upstairs were all lovely and really friendly, and Nick on the ice cream counter/restaurant was also really funny. Overall we had a brilliant family holiday 🥰 thank you for the memories 🧡
