Nice hotel well placed close to the Festival City Mall, 15 minutes from the Airport. Two beautifull swimming pools at the 5th floor overseeing the Khor Dubai river and facing Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa a little bit far away. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Daily filled with all necessary stuff. Thank you Atay for taking care of my room. Breakfast is various and tasty with a great service provided by the Staff. Special mention for Joana, Emelyn and Bhawna, always smiley, kind and professionnal. Another very special mention to the welcome desk Team (Retno thank you for all - Terima kasi) very welcoming and willing to help and making your stay as better as possible. In this hotel you have the Belgian café with lot of nice people and especialy Bhawana who is a great person. Thank you for this 7 days stay.

I stayed @ Crown Plaza Festival City for 3 days for a Conference. A well maintained property with proximity to major destinations. Room is spacious and View from the room was simply amazing... Food , Service everything was par excellence... All staff were exceptionally good..attentive & responsive..special mention to Mr.Arun Krishnan (Front Desk) and Mr. Abu ( Zaytoun Restaurant). I had a memorable experience being here for 3 days and I look forward for my next stay here soon.. Cheers to the Entire Team and keep the Good Work going... Breeze Joy.

I had a great experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality and food service provided by Bhawha, Janipa, and Victor. Each of them demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout my visit. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. It’s clear the team values quality and consistency. Overall, combined efforts made the experience truly enjoyable. Great service, great food, and a clear commitment to excellence.

We stayed here in Oct for 5 days and this was one of the worst 5-star hotel experiences me and my group ever had. Here are a few reasons why: 1. Check-in took almost 45 mins. Rooms were not ready. 2. The rooms we had opted for was King Bed Room but one of the rooms was a twin bed - they just put it together. How lame for a 5-star? 3. Two rooms had door issues, both of them not closing. When called to check the rooms, the staff were not apologetic at all, and were rather rude when in fact it was their problem and not created by the customer. How shameful? 4. Room Service walking into the room when the customers are not in the room even with the DND sign on. Stealing intentions? 5. Overall service was subpar with simple things like a bottle of water or a pinch of salt taking more than 30 mins to arrive. The only positive about this hotel was access to the Festival City Mall, which other hotels in the vicinity also have - and i would suggest staying in one of them instead. The hotel staff have no remorse and provided no compensation or apologies for this matter when spoken to.
