⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay with Exceptional Staff! I’ve stayed at Crowne Plaza Deira Dubai multiple times, and every visit has been a truly pleasant experience. The hotel offers spacious, spotless rooms and fantastic service throughout. Its location is perfect — right in Deira, with the metro station and Al Ghurair Mall just a short walk away, making everything easily accessible. A special mention to Rona, Cleo, and Hena from the hotel team — they always make the check-in experience warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. For aviation enthusiasts, some rooms even offer a great view of aircrafts taking off and landing — a real treat for plane spotters! Overall, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Consistently excellent hospitality and service — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, with every area—from the guest rooms to the common spaces—maintained to a high standard. Housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, ensuring that the room remained spotless and well-organized throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere was both comfortable and refined, contributing to a pleasant and restful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others seeking quality accommodation with excellent cleanliness and service.

Ronna at the front desk who on our last arrival back in April recognised my husband from his previous trip (on business, and my 1st time in April). She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She was busy with another guest on our arrival this time around. However, she still made time to say hi and ask how we were... Abdo at the pool bar, he works the evening shift. He is very professional, takes pride in his work place, always keeping the bar area tidy and clean. Abdo is polite, friendly and professional. Always smiling and says hello whenever he sees my husband or I around the hotel... Some good deals at the pool bar- burger and a beer for 59AED Bucket of beers (5) for 129AED The happy hour isn't as expected, it states BOGOF however this is limited to one offer PP. Which isn't stated other than the barman explaining once you order another round... If you are an IHG member or just have the luxury of using the lounge on your visit you will meet Tara the lounge manager. She is professional, friendly, polite and very attentive. You want for nothing whilst being in the lounge with Tara! The food selection is amazing, the drinks selection is very good, from warm beverages, to soft drinks and alcohol. Nice, chilled ambience... Also, whilst on this business trip it was my husbands birthday. We celebrated at the Spice Island restaurant in the hotel on Sunday 19th October where they have a special buffet and drinks offer. It's basically what we know back home as a bottomless brunch. From 12.30 til 4.40 PM at 159AED pp (other options available). We had a fantastic time, Tara in the lounge made our reservation for us and also arranged for cake and a birthday sing song... The front desk had also arranged for room service to deliver a surprise slice of cake in our room for my husband. We really have had a fab time, part business part leisure. Look forward to seeing you all again in April '26 x

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Crowne Plaza Deira. The overall experience was very pleasant, and everything from the rooms to the facilities made our stay comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast spread and lounge were both very good, and what stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Mr.Salah, Mr.Aiman, Ms.Rona, Ms.Kevi, Ms.Cleofy, Mr.Fathy, and Ms.Alisha for their outstanding hospitality and warm assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Deira for anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay in Dubai!

Doesn't follow the 5 star standards at all. The entrance is a bit unusual as the lobby is located on first floor and need to take escalator to go up. No clear visible direction at entrance or no staff present. Reception is prompt enough. For the good part, best thing at this hotel is the breakfast. It is simply too good and the staff do their best to serve customers with a smile even when they are seen to be burdened with excess work due to less staff strength at times. There is an Indian counter for breakfast which has multiple dishes and a live dosa counter which was great. Variety, be it western, continental or Indian, is simply fantastic for the breakfast and I would recommend this to everyone. Coming to the not so good, the rooms are of decent size though a bit dated but biggest issue is with Housekeeping and cleanliness. Definitely not the level of 5*. The mattress and pillow covers are not at all changed and on first day of check in I found hairs on the bed sheets. The dustbins were not cleared for 2 days and the bathroom had water stagnation problem where water would not drain and overflow to wash basin area. The commode is located in one corner with narrow space, unclean as well which was unacceptable. This made the stay not so nice in the room. The TV had limited number of channels with bad reception with no smart TV option which was not expected in a 5* hotel in current times.
