I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The ambience of the property was great, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is a huge plus – it’s just a short walk to the metro station and very close to the City Center Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, but I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Mr. Bishal, whose service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

An excellent hotel, huge rooms, very clean and modern. Great pool area and gym. Breakfast & lunch were good with plenty of choices. Regular shuttle to the airport. I stayed here on the Dubai Connect program, which went very smoothly. One suggestion, as a transit passenger you have very limited toiletries, so it would be nice if a few basics such as small tube of toothpaste, moisturizer could be in the room.

I had a 15-hour layover in Dubai and stayed at the Copthorne Hotel. When I arrived, the reception area was quite busy, but I would like to express my gratitude to Kamal from the front office for his excellent assistance and for providing me with a comfortable and pleasant room.Despite the early morning check-in and the busy atmosphere, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch buffet selections were outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The coffee shop staff were attentive, polite, and made the dining experience very enjoyable.A special thanks to the chef for the great food and to all the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. You made my short stay comfortable and memorable.I highly recommend the Copthorne Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
