This hotel is absolutely the best on my list! I and my husband had such a great experience staying here. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The overall service went above and beyond my expectations — everyone was so professional and genuinely helpful. The location is convenient, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle bus to the BTS station, which made getting around Bangkok so easy. The facilities are excellent — a large, well-equipped gym, a relaxing sauna, and a wonderful swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, especially considering the price. Everything was high quality and well presented. I also really appreciated their flexible and kind service when I needed a late check-in. My plans changed last minute, and the staff made everything so easy and stress-free. That thoughtful service really made a difference for me. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect — clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. It’s definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend Conrad Bangkok, and it will be my first and only choice when I return to Bangkok.

I'd give 6 stars if google would allow, had a fabulous week long stay here in October 2025. After a tiny issue after I checked in, Kevin the duty manager went out of his way to personally ensure the rest of my stay was perfect, which it was. The hotel is an older building but my room was modern and awesome, like the rest of the hotel's common areas. It's a short walk to countless restaurants and joins a shopping mall with a supermarket and shops. The hotel's price was outstanding value too. Oh, and the gym is huge with brand new machines. Well done to all the staff, such great service and thank you again Kevin for looking after me. I can't wait to be back.

Love the service of this hotel, from check in to room service! Very convenient to be able to talk to them via whatsapp even if you’re outside the property. Room was modern and clean. Stayed for 5 days and I didn’t get tired of the breakfast. It’s good that they changed some dishes daily. Pool and gym was okay. Love they had pickleball/tennis courts. Something to note was that the air conditioning felt like it wasn’t enough to cool the room during the day. But thats me nitpicking. Overall a good stay and would recommend!

Despite being an older hotel, Conrad Bangkok is a clean and comfortable place to stay in Bangkok. There are some rooms that have been renovated and they've done a great job. Cozy room, comfortable bed, big nice shower, and some beautiful traditional Thai decor were things I enjoyed about the hotel. Its not as conveniently located as some hotels ive stayed in Bangkok but they offer a shuttle to the nearest BTS station and actually its kind of nice to be a little off the main road for some peace and quiet. There is a mall attached for convenient shopping and restaurants and the Conrad has a lovely spa. Breakfast was good enough and the lounge offered good vibes and some nice food options to go with happy hour drinks. Very big and well equipped gym. Overall its a beautiful hotel that offers great value and a good night's sleep

We came here for a 3 night stay as part of our anniversary celebration. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the highest floor with amazing views of the city. The room was spacious, has everything we need and the most comfy bed ever. Every staff we met were so friendly and always eager to help us. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the lounge were fabulous with plenty of choices that changes every day. The gym was very well equipped with a nice sauna/steam room. We were pleasantly spoiled during our stay and would definitely return to stay here again!
