The resort is big, it was a decent walk to get to the kids pool area from our room in building 1. So I would recommend getting a room near the pool if that’s where you will frequent. Don’t rely on getting an upgrade or change of room as the resort is popular. The rooms are nice and serviced daily. Also there are 3 pools in total and they’re big pools with plenty of pool lounges. The smell around the resort is pretty bad, particularly in the lifts and lobby toilets. The buffet breakfast is amazing 10/10 and the quality of the food is great! There is plenty of restaurants just outside of the resort if you want cheap food. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Kids club is great, my 3 year old and 7 year old has been going for a couple of hours last couple of days. Plenty of kids activities daily. Gym is pretty good with a few machines, free weights, treadmill, and bike; enough to get in a decent work out. Staff even sent up a cake for wife’s birthday. So far, the stay has been pleasant :) also, it’s annoying but the prices don’t include service charges and tax which I think is 17% in total. Would be great just to include it in the pricing.

The recently renovated rooms are very clean and stylish. The pool facilities are great. However, the real highlight of this resort is the kindness and thoughtfulness of its staff. The two entertainers -Nicky and Bettie were very kind to the children and passionate about their work. My daughter loved them very much. Even now, after returning home, my daughter still misses them. SKY at the Lagoon Pool Bar was very friendly and the cocktails and drinks he made were absolutely delicious. My daughter and I were happy because of his smile. The front desk staffs were quick, efficient, and very friendly. Thanks to them, I felt great from the moment I arrived at the resort until the moment I left. Overall, it was a very well-rounded and high-quality resort. The price, location, and facilities were all great, and the level of service from the staff was on par with that of a luxury resort.

Stayed here for 3N 4D. Location is great, walking distance to the beach. Karon town is charming, has small shops for all needs. The room we got was excellent with a great view. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Many swimming pools, the kids one is great. The kids activity room is good too, my child had a great time. The breakfast buffet is amazing ! Initially the lack of cupboards in the room was puzzling, but since it directly got the sea breeze, it made sense from a maintenance perspective. With a young kid who could now access everything, it was a bit of a problem :) I recommend this place, easily among the best in Karon.

Great experience. We are very happy with the rooms, facilities and also the breakfast. The staff don’t seem to know how to explain things probably due to language barrier but they try their best to assist. There are nearby restaurants and shops and also laundry service that you can use. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful expirence as a family! Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet variety is incredible. The resort is so family friendly and a great place for kids. Highly recommend to travel here even with little kids. We would love to visit again!
