Hansel is a breath of fresh air who provides excellent entertainment. We look forward to his games/events every afternoon so much that I’ve memorised his 4pm dance! Sandra in Tao Cat was a great host. She ensured we always had a full glass of water, bought over another cocktail when ours were low and asked to take our photos. She is a fantastic member of staff. - the whole resort is pretty incredible. Great restaurants, clean facilities, attentive staff, and an overall amazing place.

After a lot of research and looking at dozens of resorts we decided to book here. We got the swim out room, on the adults only side. the resort is extremely clean, staff is amazing!!! They are attentive friendly and very responsive to requests. We had access to both sides of the resorts so we had plenty of food options. I’ve been to other all inclusive resorts where they water down alcohol drinks definitely did not seem to be the case here. Food overall was decent and the choices were definitely not lacking if you can’t find something you like here you are definitely the problem. Room service was included as well which was a plus but room service food was nearly as good as the restaurant food. Pools were clean and well attended and I’m sure if it’s just when we came but was not over crowded which was lovely. Negatives: the mattress is extremely firm. And not really a negative but be aware you need to make reservations for dinner so you just kinda have to plan or figure out what time you want to eat every night and what kind of food and make sure you plan accordingly. The spa was 10/10 experience as well. I wish I could give 10 stars for the staff some of the best I’ve encountered at a resort.

Room was a bit outdated, electric wall plugs were old and not well installed, light bulbs were broken, bathroom was old and renovation is much needed. Water from outside was entering the room because of the rain and the door was not insulated at all, we could hear everything from the corridor. Location is perfect, very calm and enjoyable spot, we were in the lot 42, but just be aware that at 11am you'll have a very loud music coming from the front pool at the entrance of the hotel. Noisy spot because of the bar and people that are partying in the pool all the time. You want the quiet spot? Just go at the second pool close to the beach, that's where to go if you want some peace or directly on the beach. We went in october, so expect some rain and/or hurricanes. Food was good in the morning (buffet), the rest was okay at evening time. Chicken is good in general, beef or fish not so much. Service was excellent all the time, we went for massages 2 times, excellent service there. Employees are so sympathetic, very polite, everyone says hi. Read carefully over the internet site when you book for this hotel, because we knew that the beach was not that beautiful over there, they mention it. It's full of algua and rocks, but the water is amazingly hot. Over all, 4 stars is right for that hotel.

Raphael was an absolutely amazing waiter! He was very funny, friendly, and incredibly kind. His positive energy made our visit so enjoyable — he always managed to put us in a good mood. Raphael was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and humor. We truly appreciated his great service and cheerful attitude. Highly recommended!

Luci and Raffael are perfect waiter. They did a really good job with bringing everything right when they saw something was empty. Had a smile on their face and made the whole restaurant atmosphere very comfortable. Will come back again :-)
