Hotel was fab. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Good selection of food, nice mix everyday and a good variety. 4 pools (cold in October though) Entertainment staff were great - especially Marko and Shannon - really took the time to get to know the guests. Always loved having a chat and just took the extra time. The decades show was brilliant. Hotel is in a great location - plenty of shops and lovely bars just round the corner. Well recommended

I am posting on behalf of Carl Westerman as he doesn’t use social media and he has asked me to post this for him. I have been coming to this hotel for twenty years. I was worried when reading some of the reviews earlier this year. However when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the room, had been decorated and was nice and fresh. The staff are all friendly and look after you. The apartment is spacious with a large double bedroom and a large kitchen/diner. The Animation team are great, Daniel, Theo and all of the team are excellent. They set up some great games Archery, rifle shooting, table tennis and pool. If you are unhappy with anything go to reception and Isobel is really helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent with a good choice. Can’t wait to go back again next year and some of the people we met there, have already booked for next year. Lastly, the General Manager was brilliant.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

A hotel where I truly felt great. Everyone is kind and professional. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is excellent, offering different dishes every day, really impressive for an all-inclusive. The pools are large and clean, although the water is a bit cold. The entertainment team is a lot of fun, especially the games night with Theo. We will definitely come back next year!

Stayed here with my partner in room 8108. Lovely lady Micaela cleaned our room for the entire week, nothing was too big an ask especially after I was poorly on one of the days. She was so lovely and attentive to us the entire stay, rooms were cleaned to perfection daily and was made to feel at home. Food at the all inclusive was lovely and to suit all, hotel staff all round was genuinely lovely and will deffo return xx
