Hotel was good, food let’s say: lunch and dinner really good, breakfast- every day the same (English breakfast of somone really like it) Staff and hotel service were great! Really friendly people, restaurant clean just a bit busy sometimes. Really nice pools. 4stars for room because our air con was not working, WiFi it’s really poor connection, so if you would like to check your phone evening time the best idea is go to reception. And seriously bad point for hotel “towel reservation of sunbeds”. One day I just want try to have a look and yes, 6am towels on sunbeds🤣💪 So if you would like to lay and relax close to pool… you know what to do 💪😆 Otherwise great hotel! Highly recommend ;)

This hotel is a good base if you wanna go exploring we were away from the main pool and had a quieter pool right next to our room. This pool was great apart from the walk to bar and restaurant were quite far. Food was okay always had chips and pasta, me and my partner are quite fussy but managed to always find something however had to eat out at end of the week due to lack of veg in our systems. Main Pools were big but we didn’t use these. Shame about the no floaties rule as we had brought our own but couldn’t use. There was also a no saving sunbeds rule but still saw plenty of towels on sunbeds with no people. Don’t do cocktails apart from 1 special cocktail a day which on all inclusive was a massive shame. Only have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer but clothes came out still wet. They said towels get changed every 2 days and bedding every 4 however our towels only got changed once and bedding never got changed. Both sets of towels had countless stains on them. Hot water didn’t work for 3 days. Woman on reception was lovely and friendly and incredibly helpful with all our issues. WiFi and signal is a big issue says we have signal but doesn’t work and the WiFi is shocking don’t think it’s worked once our entire trip. Despite my review this hotel has heaps of potential and like I said is a good base as it’s a short walk away from a couple shops and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk from the main strip. This hotel has been taken over by a new company so I’m sure all of this will be being fixed in due course. If I had to sum this place up with 1 good and 1 bad, the good would be the staff they have all been incredible and the bad would be lack of good WiFi and signal

We have just come back from a 10 day holiday at Aloe, we loved the place, needs updating in parts but nothing major really. We had 2 rooms the 1 me, my wife and youngest son was in was great, cleaned every 2days. The 1 my 2 eldest had no aircon all holiday, we told the reception staff everyday, there where really good trying to get it sorted, but unfortunately it never got sorted. The Italian restaurant wasn't open at all whilst we was there which was very disappointing. It would be nice if it had a little shop on site, the nearest shop is about 12 mins away. The food was good typical all inclusive food, my kids got bored sometimes of the food. Most of the staff where very friendly, the pools are nice but cold and it doesn't help that fuerteventura is a very windy place, there isn't enough sunbeds, if you dont get your towels down early you dont get a bed. Me and my wife went down at 6 and there where already towels on most of the beds. The WiFi was really bad, it worked 1 minute then didnt the next! But we did really like the holiday and glad we picked to go there.

The tooms are spacious and clean. The food is lovely, slightly repetitive but only if you dont eat the speciality food everyday. The staff are extremely friendly. Only downfall is the poor wifi and the staff do clean but will not pick the rubbish up, but the guests shouldn't be leaving rubbish behind. Pools are nice and not overcrowded with 2 fun slides.

We stayed here for 9 nights as a family of 12. This consisted of children ages 12, 9, 5 and 2. We had 4 rooms in our party. We have been to many all inclusive hotels in Spain especially over the last few years- i feel I have fair standards not necessarily high. I felt this hotel was poor and 2 stars maximum during our stay. A number of improvements need to be made. Room issues- not the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, air-conditioning in some rooms doesn't work, some showers floor entire apartments. The doors are a nightmare handles fall off and they don't open. We found the hotel is not supportive in providing things unless asked multiple times which is time consuming and tiring when we have paid for a service. Pools were good for the children and kept us all amused however they are not the cleanest. Cleaning is done the morning of use with not a lot of effort put in. Sun beds are supposed to be locked up and towels removed but our entire stay this was not done and some people start putting towels out from 5am leaving lots of dissapointment. Tiles around the pool are simply dangerous and should be a priority to fix- my son sliced his foot open around the pool, one tile went in when I was walking and twisted my knee. There is not drainage around the pool and water collects in ares leaving mouldy puddles for children to fall into. Hotel staff are aware and do not make effort to corner dangerous tiles off. One day half our family was in the pool and the life guard fished something out- never said anything to anyone. A woman approached us and said her child had pooed in the pool and we should get out... surely this warrants evacuating the pool? Oh and children are not allowed floatys in the pool. Food again my standards are not high but this place was so dissapointing.. food is of poor quality, limited selection and often very cold. Snacks are not on enough of the day and for the price of hotel the selection is ridiculous. Hotel staff were hostile towards us for having a child with an allergy and he was offered basically pizza and donuts all week with the donuts being tasteless and lile sand. Alcohol is disgusting- cocktails lile battery acid and only one cocktail per day on all inclusive otherwise you need to pay. Kids slushes burned the roofs off our mouths and left half of our poo green! Don't get me started on the plastic cups thing i'm sorry I hate that its so inconvenient and we ended up spending lots on cups. Very concerning. Someone in our party had their phone stolen- no help from the hotel at all. My son also had a pair of shoes stolen. Two stars cause its fuerteventura and the nice weather makes everything slightly more bearable. Spend hundreds on taxis and eating out. Hotel staff were unhelpful, i have had much better service elsewhere. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it honestly. We are trying to get compensation from jet 2. You will make the most of your holidays and have fun as you have no choice after saving all year however this place is a dissapointment and not worth the money.
