Last minute booking to stay this resort due to our first few choices hotel/resort were fully booked. We were total 4 adults and 2 kids for this stay. Staff at the towel counter very unfriendly. Initially we asked whether we can bring the towel the beach, they said not allow but when we walk towards the beach, they were many guest brought the towels to the beach. Obviously they just words it but not really action. The pool is big which was great and kids had funs. But again the we requested to change towel because we founds birds resting on it and the towels we need to use for kids. But the staff said we shouldn't get more because our room occupany are 4 adults max. Our room actually allow to stays 4+2. It was the 2 bedroom family room. After we told the reason, they allowed to change one and asked us to take good care of the towel. Towel quality was bad, shabby and shedding. It made us really speechless and spoilt our mood. With this price defintely can have other better option.

I recently stayed here for 2 days and 1 night, and everything was absolutely perfect. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with parking. Even when the lot was full, they assisted us promptly. The lobby area is large and relaxing, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a water station available, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The best part is the direct access to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with a large bed, bathtub, hairdryer, iron, fridge and a balcony with a beautiful view. There was also a TV with basic channels. Food was easy to find too, with a restaurant just in front of the hotel within walking distance. Overall, this place is a great choice for families. I’m truly satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back!

I stayed at The Bayview Beach Resort in Batu Ferringhi on 27th and 28th September 2025, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and an unbeatable beachfront location. Everything about the stay was pleasant — from the warm and helpful staff to the clean and spacious rooms. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was peaceful, making it a perfect escape. It’s a great spot whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or even solo. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Penang and looking for a relaxing stay by the beach.

I love staying here. The room has amazing view. The interior and exterior deco and facilities is superb. Staff also frindly and helpful. Price also reasonable. Hope to stay here in future again.

Accessible to the beach. Near local restaurants and night market, but far from the downtown. Nice bed but not clean floor. Great view but no mosquito net. Cold refrigerator it caused our dinner destroy. Not possible to change room temperature. Staff forgot that we paid for the breakfast on the 3rd day of our stay. Big restaurant with wide options but the area does not smell fresh.
