I had a really positive experience at Banana Island. The assistants — James, Yusuf, and Ali — were all fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. James was especially great at checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Yusuf was really knowledgeable and patient when explaining things, and Ali had such a welcoming attitude that made the whole experience even better. Overall, the team created a really pleasant and professional atmosphere — I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Banana Island and their amazing staff!

We have made a daytrip to Banana Island. Since it was our first time, we didn't realize that you can only travel by boat after the designated lunch time. Once we arrived on the island, the atmosphere was wonderful and relaxed. Lunch at Q-lounge was delicious and perfectly prepared. Afterward, Omari guided us to the adjacent beach. He provided us with sunbeds and towels, and gave us some information. Sharing our experiences with each other was a pleasant conversation! We enjoyed ourselves until after sunset...it was a wonderful day!

Spent the week at the resort with my family and couldn’t have had a better week if we tried. Exceptional staff onsite who make the experience all the better. The unsung heroes of the island! A special shoutout to Emmanuel, Andrew and Moses of the guest services team, riding us around and helping on the boats daily. The Azraq team - Chie, Ishaque and Sumira for their great hospitality + welcoming smile and the lovely gentleman in the azraq dining hall that keeps the place nice and clean - thank you so much for all you do to keep the show running. Also a huge thank you to the kind manager in Teds for the surprise birthday treat and Yosri for his great hosting that evening. The gents that rotate shifts on on the beach + the pools as attendants and lifeguards were also so on point and we can only express immense gratitude for making it so comfortable for us whilst working in scorching weather! Loads of others that have been amazing to us during our stay and we’re so appreciative of each of you. Bonus addition* a huge thank you also to Sumira and Ishaque who made our last breakfast extra special, they are so incredibly kind and they don’t know that we’ll remember that for a long time to come!
