BENHUR
Lots of airtraffic noise, poor sound isolation, At the entrance there is a honky tonk, you’d be ashamedif your with familiy. If you have kid with you stay away they know the problem so they will arrange reception stuff at “5th” floor. Uncomfortable feeling for employers just saying.. No fantastic view as they mention in their website just a noisy road and a dirty window

I recently stayed at Avani Deira Hotel in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I’d like to give special recognition to Tuba at reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She kindly upgraded my room, arranged an early check-in, and also provided a late check-out — all with a professional and welcoming attitude. These thoughtful touches made a big difference and really enhanced my stay. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and will definitely choose Avani Hotel again in the future. The front desk receptionist treated me with a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that was both upsetting and unacceptable. Beyond general rudeness and unwillingness to assist, her behavior also appeared to be racially biased. I felt targeted and disrespected based on [my race/nationality/language/accent — specify if you’re comfortable], which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I raised the issue with the manager on duty, I was further disappointed to find that they were dismissive and appeared to defend the receptionist without listening to my concerns or attempting to understand my experience. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where all guests should be treated equally and respectfully. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate this incident and take appropriate steps to ensure that no guest is ever made to feel this way again.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The main reason we chose to return was the outstanding service we received during our first visit—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. A special thank you to Tooba and Su, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They made the check-in process smooth and made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests.
