After my 11th visit to Dubai and even staying at hotels such as the Atlantis Royal, I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Address beach resort. The pool areas are amazing and family friendly and the infinity pool view was wonderful. On the first evening at the resort, I felt as though the vegetarian food options were limited in the buffet! However after mentioning it to the chef, Sandeep….he was able to accommodate each evening with a variety of foods ranging from Indian to Italian. The service was beyond exceptional. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, especially Sayali, Rohan and Caroline. I highly recommend staying at this resort and will be back next year with family.

I only have one thing to say about the hotel and that is “WOW”. I travel a lot for work and therefore I stay in many different hotels around the world. I have tried many 5 star hotels and none of them come close to Address Beach Hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the cleaning is top. Thanks to Iklas for that. The staff at the hotel provide the best service to make your stay perfect. The infinity pool has a view you can’t get tired of. The food is delicious and there is something for every taste. The Beach Grill restaurant makes fantastic food of high quality, so try it if you are staying at the hotel. I can’t put my finger on anything negative. Best regards Osman Firouzi room 1010.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the very first moment I arrived at Address Beach Resort, I knew it was going to be special but it still managed to exceed every single expectation. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, perfectly designed with a modern and elegant style, and yet warm and welcoming at the same time. The room was flawless: spacious, spotless, and with a view so stunning it honestly felt unreal. Waking up and looking outside was already enough to make my day. The infinity pool and the beach access make the experience even more unique, offering both relaxation and a touch of pure luxury. What impressed me the most, however, was the service. Every single member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They make you feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel, always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to find this level of care and consistency. There is absolutely nothing negative to say – everything was just perfect, from start to finish. Staying here was not only a holiday, but a true experience that I will never forget. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to, and I can’t wait to come back.

A memorable 6 nights at the Address Beach Resort and at Half Board you was able to select food from Farina, Beach Bar & Grill and the Buffet Address restaurant. The HB also included water AND Soft drinks. I would highly recommend going to the other restaurants...Osh and Mott32 where we paid 75 AED/£15 per person to try these additional restaurants within the complex. High quality food (Only water was included in this) Some excellent service from Adam and Loreen especially on front desk as well as Isaac. Who literally were polite, super courteous and were prepared to do anything for us. Some great work by Teddy in housekeeping. He was an absolute joy and always had a smile on his face. Finally John at the restaurant downstairs was always ready and on hand when our orders needed placing for Breakfast. He literally had everything ready before we got down and also got the chef some off the menu items. Thank you to all the team at The Address Beach Resort as well as Mustafa dealing with vehicle supply Who was super friendly and Azhar! We also had a wonderful experience with Ivan in the Osh restaurant! What a brilliant manager and spent some quality time with him over dinner. You have a great team and thanks for looking after me and my family.

Great stay at the Address Beach Resort. We stayed previously in Sept 2023 and it was so good we wanted to come back and I’m glad we did. There has been some changes, some for the good and bad. Staff was brilliant, special mention to the room cleaner Ababil, he was very polite and thorough when we serviced our room. Check in clerk Loreen was very helpful and gave us an early check in. Pools were great, I would say the rooftop pool was extremely busy now they have allowed external guests to pay for access, which wasn’t the case in 2023. As a result the service was slow and the prices were really high, it was around £17.50 for a draft beer on the rooftop! If you arrive after 11am it was difficult to get a bed. Fitness centre was very good for a hotel gym, lots of equipment but again very busy which I don’t remember last time I stayed. Overall if you’re looking for a good hotel in the JBR area, in my opinion the Address is the best choice.
