We stayed 10 nights at Adagio Premium The Palm and had an absolutely amazing time. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any names, but honestly every single staff member was wonderful — from reception to security, housekeeping, the café, and the pool team. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and incredibly responsive. If you ask for something, you get it within seconds! I’ve rarely seen such efficient and professional service. The location was perfect for us — right next to Nakheel Mall, close to the beach and the Marina. The apartments are very spacious, which we really appreciated. The only thing I liked a bit less was the carpet in the room — it might look nice and help with sound insulation, but from a hygiene point of view, it’s not the most practical to maintain. We loved the rooftop pool — it was fantastic, never too crowded, just perfect. And the iced lattes at the café were top, top, top! 😄 Breakfast service can be a little slow in the morning, so I’d recommend going for the buffet instead of à la carte options. If we come back to Dubai, we’ll definitely stay here again. I work myself in a 4-star luxury hotel on the French Riviera, and honestly, you deserve 10 out of 10 stars — your service is truly outstanding. I realize now that where I work, we’re far from your level!

Our experience at the Wellness Resort was absolutely amazing. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. Darshana and Hashan made our stay truly special with their professionalism, kindness and genuine care. Everything was spotless, perfectly organized and created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to fully relax. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect wellness experience. We will definitely come back.

The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, especially to our kids. The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options to choose with special mention to Nang, Abdullah and Gihan. They were very attentive. The front desk staff were always very helpful getting us taxis and assisting whenever they could. The rooftop pool was a highlight for our kids and very suitable for small children with a shallow pool as well as a deeper one. Hasan and Darshana were always keeping an eye out for us and our kids to ensure we were all ok and enjoying ourselves. we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious for our family. It was very clean and tidy with all our needs except a clothes rack would have been helpful. Some areas of the room are looking a little tired but was no concern to us. The bed was very comfortable, however the fold out couch was not very comfortable.

We absolutly loved our stay at Adagio in Dubai! The staff is really lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and this hotel has all the facilities you need on your vacation! It even has a private beach that you can use for free. We would recommend it to everyone. Chotan and all the lovely people who work there, thank you! You made our trip extra special.

We have just spent five nights at Adagio with our family during an incredibly busy week, and the experience was exceptional. When we first arrived, we found our initial room was not suitable, but the team moved us very efficiently to another room on a quiet floor with almost no notice, accommodating exactly what we needed. From that point on, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our children were always safe and well looked after. Every request was handled promptly, whether it was making modifications to our room, helping with laundry, or fixing things quickly and efficiently. What made the stay truly special was the consistency of service across all staff members. Abu became a wonderful friend to our children, while Kamala, Edgar, and Jumanj also stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The beach club and pool teams took time to get to know us and supported us in countless ways. As parents travelling for work, they took so much of the mental load from us, making sure our children’s needs were met and allowing us to focus on what we had to do. We would also like to thank the managers and all the front-of-house staff. Every single one of them made a difference, and I could share examples for each.
