We got given a different room to what was advertised. The beds are single beds that are on wheels so the beds move about, it was our first couple holiday and we had to sleep in seperate beds for 10 days lol. We paid for all inclusive and only ever ate breakfast there as the food choices were terrible. The buffet food consists of everything left over from breakfast, even under the hot heaters come 4pm, at one point there was 5 trays of croissants in the “buffet” (there is proof in the pictures below, you only see 4 trays in the picture but there WAS 5, SHOOKETH TO THE CORETH I WAS) I wouldn’t mind but the croissants wasnt even nice 🥲 they were borderline soggy. Even the burnt ones, how can a burnt croissant be soggy?! How😭 Please, see for yourself in the pictures. Every day is the same food. They have 2 hot counters but both sides serve the exact same food, they have a tonne of sliced cheeses though ! I only really got pictures of breakfast and the buffet as we ate out every single evening because the food choices were just terrible and I was so underwhelmed I just felt sad every time I was at the hotel lol. The drinks all came from a machine that was free, if you wanted fresh cocktails or fresh coffee you had to pay extra. They provide you with a safe but you have to pay extra to use it ?! And claim that if anything goes missing in your room that isn’t in the safe that it’s not their responsibility. You have to pay a £20 deposit for towel hire and then pay a Euro for each towel you hire. I don’t know, some people might love it but as a first couples holiday and someone looking to try a variety of FRESH food then I wouldn’t bother with this one!

This was our first family holiday abroad, paid for with by money left to me by my wonderful Mum, so this holiday meant alot to us. We were in awe from the moment we arrived. The site of this huge, brightly lit, colourful, clean and modern looking hotel was most welcome. On entering the hotel we continued to be impressed. It was busy but the reception staff were working methodically and professionally to get through each party swiftly but still giving you the time you required. They were welcoming and polite. We enquired about a bus to the Aqualand water park, and was provided with a timetable and map which made it easy for us to find. On another occasion we wanted to go to Maspalomas beach, we were told there is a free bus service directly from the hotel. We proceeded to our rooms which were on the same floor just three rooms apart which gave us all piece of mind. The rooms were spacious, welcoming, comfy and immaculately clean, with a balcony view of the pool and bar area. We ate in the restaurant almost every day and there was always a seat available, plenty of choice and everything was hot and delicious. The staff are working hard to clear tables and are really helpful if you have a question. For us one of the best things was the entertainment, the animation team are excellent, they provided fun and such a great atmosphere. They are such a credit to this hotel. We will 100% be back and will be telling all our friends how great this gem of a hotel is. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I felt at home right away. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, and the beautiful view from the balcony – waking up to the ocean view was a highlight of my stay! The hotel’s location is fantastic – close to the beach, local restaurants, and many great spots for exploring the island. It’s a perfect base whether you're here to relax or go on adventures. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with plenty of fresh options every morning. The pool area was also a big plus – clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly made this place stand out was the relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail in every aspect of service. It’s clear the team here cares about guests having a great experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gran Canaria. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had Deluxe room in adult only part of the hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only downside is a double bed consisting of two separate beds that tend to move around the room at the slightest movement. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks offered were generally very good- you can really try something new every day, and I have to say that the vast majority of the food tasted really good. The exception are the cocktails included in the all-inclusive package, which were quite poor. Annoying detail was the check-in process, where I had to manually type all my personal details into a tablet just seconds after handing over my ID for scanning. Overall, I rate the hotel positively and recommend it.

Lovely hotel and very friendly stuff, Eva H really lovely lady with good English, but I would say all of them knows languages. Funny entertainment for kids, we had very relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. It's worth to pay extra for prestige package. We had nice cocktails, only for some reason Frappe coffee is the only thing not included in the package.
